Course Objectives:

The MSc Finance & Investment is an advanced contemporary program in finance running in the major interanational financial centres of Hong Kong and London. 

Developed from university’s long-established suite of Masters programmes in the Finance area, this programme focuses strongly on building the knowledge and skills needed for a career in finance industry.

And, at the same time, students will gain a strong underpinning in the syllabus of the internationally recognized CFA® qualification.

Admission Requirement:

1. a good first (Honours) degree from UK / HK universities or equivalent overseas universities with Finance / Accounting / Economic / Banking / related disciplines, OR
2. a good first (Honours) degree from UK / HK universities or equivalent overseas universities with non-finance related discipline must have minimum of one year working experience in any field, OR
3. 4-year Honours Diploma from Hong Kong Shue Yan College, Caritas Francis HSU, Chu Hoi College plus minimum of one year working experience in any field, OR
4. recognized higher / advanced diploma in Finance / Accounting / Economic / Banking / related discipline with minimum of 4-5 years working experience (needs individual approval from University), OR
5. Paper F1- F9 ACCA / CIMA Advanced Diploma  plus minimum of 4-5 years working experience, OR
6. Full examinations passed  on AIA  / HKICPA, OR
7. passed ABRS Executive Diploma in Financial Management with minimum of 4-5 years working experience (needs individual approval from University), OR
8. Mature practicing professionals with suitable experience without first degree will consider on case by case basis, OR
9. Other equivalent qualifications
10. And, able to read / write good English

Duration:
6 modules plus a dissertation / project. to be completed in 15 months
